1. Run for the first time, check the electrical insulation (total insulation should be greater than 1 megohm), if the insulation is too low, it can be preheated with heavy oil for 24 hours before power transmission.

2. Open the inlet and outlet valves and close the bypass valve. After 10 minutes, feel the oil temperature at the outlet before sending electricity. It is forbidden to open the bypass valve when the heater is turned on.

3. Turn on: send oil first and then power. Shutdown: Power off first and then oil. Power transmission without oil or without oil flow is strictly prohibited. When the oil does not flow in the fault state, the electric heater should be turned off in time.
